Bird Nest Distilling Method

ငှက်သိုက်ပေါင်းနည်း (၁ ကျပ်သား)

အဆင့် (၁)

၁။ သန့်စင်ပြီးသောငှက်သိုက်(၁)ကျပ်သားကို ပန်းကန်လုံးတွင်ထည့်ပါ။

1. Refined Bird's nest (1) tickle put in the bowl. (Figure 1)

အဆင့် (၂)

၂။ ပုံပါအတိုင်း ရေထည့်ပြီး တစ်နာရီ (သို့) နှစ်နာရီခန့် ရေစိမ်ပါ။

2. Add water as shown in Figure 2 and sink it for 1 or 2 hours.

၃။ ပွလာသောငှက်သိုက်ကို ဇကာဖြင့်ဆယ်ယူပြီး ဇွန်း(သို့) လက်ဖြင့် ငှက်သိုက်အတုံး အမျှင်ကြီးများကို ဖိချေပေးပါ။

3. Expended bird's nest sawed and its block and big fiber has to be pressed with spoon or hand. (Figure 3)

အဆင့် (၄)

၄။ အထက်ပါ ဖိချေပြီးသော ငှက်သိုက်ကို ကြွေပန်းကန်လုံးတွင် ထည့်ပါ။

4. This cited crushed and pressed bird's nest has to be put into the Porcelain Bowl. (Figure 4)

အဆင့် (၅)

၅။ ငက်သိုက် (၁) ကျပ်သားအတွက် ရေသန့် (၃၀၀)မီလီ ခန့်ထည့်ပါ။

5. Add 300 ml purified water for 1 tickle bird's nest. (Figure 5)

၆။ ပုံပါအတိုင်း ငှက်သိုက်ပန်းကန်လုံးကို ကြွေပန်းကန်ပြားဖြင့် ဖုံးပြီး ပေါင်းအိုးထဲသို့ထည့်ပါ။ ပေါင်းအိုးတွင်းသို့ ရေအနေတော်ထည့်ပေါင်းပါ။ (ပေါင်းအိုးကိုဖုံးပြီး သင့်တင့်သည့် မီးအပူဖြင့် မိနစ် (၂၀) ခန့်ပေါင်းရပါမည်။) 

6. As in figure, bowl of bird's nest has to be covered with porcelain plate and put it into distilled cooker. Add further water just right into the cooker (Distill cooker with suitable heat for 20 minutes). Figure 6

အဆင့် (၇)

၇။ မိနစ် (၂၀) ပေါင်းပြီး အဖုံးဖွင့်ထားပါ။ အဖုံးဆက်ဖုံးထားလျှင် အပူရှိန်ကြောင့် ငှက်သိုက်များကို ပိုမိုအိပြီး ပျော့လွန်းသွားတတ်ပါသည်။ (မိနစ် (၂၀) ထက်ပိုပေါင်းလျှင်သော်လည်းကောင်း မီးအလွန်ပြင်းလျှင်သော်လည်းကောင်း ငှက်သိုက်အဖက်များအိပျော်သွားနိုင်ပါသည်။

7. After 20 minutes, open the lid. If cover continued. bird's nest solid may be softened due to over 20 min and ever-heating. (Figure 7) 

အဆင့် (၈)

၈။ အထက်ဖော်ပြပါ အဆင့်များအတိုင်း လုပ်ဆောင်ပြီးပါက သောက်သုံးရန် အသင့်ငှက်သိုက်ပေါင်းရည်ကို ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

8. After doing the cited steps, bird's nest distilled fluid is available for consume. (Figure 8)

မှတ်ချက်။ ပေါင်းအိုးမှ ချပြီးပေါင်းရည်များကို အအေးခံပြီးသည့်အခါ ရေခဲသေတ္တာတွင် ထည့်သိမ်းရပါမည်။ ပေါင်းပြီးသည့်ရက်မှ စ၍ ပေါင်းရည်များကို ရက် (၂၀)သာ ရေခဲသေတ္တာတွင် အပူချိန် 37*F (3*C) ထားပြီး သုံးဆောင်ရပါမည်။

Note: When distilled fluid is cooled from cooker, keep it in the fridge as of distilled day, distilled fluid must be consumed by keeping it in the fridge for 20 days under temperature 37*F (3*C).
